Tower Title, LLC, a title provider in the national cell tower and data center sectors, introduced a new software that givs customers access to its database of title data for telecom, data centers and energy infrastructure assets.
The insights included as part of this new offering, available starting in spring 2025, help organizations across the industries it serves perform necessary due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, site purchases and more, reducing the risk, cost and time associated with running title to close major transactions, according to the company
“As a one-of-a-kind organization serving unique clients, the existing title software available to us did not meet our needs, so, as is our nature at Tower Title, we forged our own path,” said Kevin Bradley, CEO and co-founder, Tower Title. “This new technology will streamline the process for accurate, efficient title transactions, supporting our customers’ business goals and expanding the largest single repository of title data for the industries we serve with each project.”
As organizations build their portfolios through development or acquisition of cell towers, EV charging stations, billboards, data centers and other infrastructure assets, they can upload a list of the site locations into Tower Title’s web-based system and pull critical insights on the property “helping make better risk decisions and reduce potential due diligence challenges,” according to Bradley.
“Our customers’ assets can change hands a number of times, putting us in unique position to capture data on these properties that help make the title process more efficient the next time,” said Kyle Perry, chief technology officer and co-founder, Tower Title. “We’re excited to put that data in the hands of our customers to support the initial stages of planning through final title documentation – all on a more efficient timeline thanks to the insights we’ve gathered.”
