While the majority of our users do not have any issues, a few have experienced technical difficulties receiving our newsletter. It’s important that you receive Inside Towers on a daily basis with no complications so if you, a friend or a colleague have encountered any delivery problems, please do not hesitate to reach out. Here’s what we recommend:

  • If Inside Towers ends up in your spam box, most email providers have a ‘mark not as spam’ or ‘not junk’ in preferences
  • If you notice that you are not receiving the newsletter at all, it is most likely because you are on a private domain with extremely heightened security. You can whitelist domains @mailchimp.com and @insidetowers.com but you will have better luck if your IT department whitelists the two IP addresses listed here.
  • If you do not have an IT department you can reach out to your domain host (i.e. Google or GoDaddy) and have them whitelist the two IP addresses listed here.
