| Crown Castle, partially based in Houston, Texas is about to build a new office building for itself, reports HoustonChronicle.com. The 420,000-square foot structure will occupy a stretch of the Katy Freeway. The location on the West Loop is currently the site of a furniture business though the 4.2 acre property was acquired by Crown Castle last summer. According to documents on file with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, architecture firm Kirksey designed the new building and estimates construction costs at $55 million. The estimated start date for the project is August 15, with a projected completion date of January 2021. |
