It’s an exciting time in the mobile industry with 5G on the horizon and countless new innovative technologies being introduced every day.  In this increasingly mobile world, our lives are more connected than ever before, and carriers play a key role in ensuring consumers remain connected.  Join discussions on important industry trends as competitive carriers and experts in the technology, infrastructure, media and regulatory fields meet at Competitive Carriers Association’s (CCA) 2019 Mobile Carriers Show (MCS), April 8-10, at the Gaylord Rockies in Denver, CO.

5G will be a focus of the conference program, and leading industry analyst Chetan Sharma will host a keynote panel taking a critical look at 5G, what it means to the wireless industry and how carriers can participate in new opportunities.  In partnership with CCA, Award Solutions will host a special 5G Integration Experience, providing a tactile, engaging approach to anyone wishing to learn about 5G. Participants will construct network models of the key 5G building blocks, design networks for specific network deployment scenarios and learn about anticipated challenges.

Several educational sessions also will focus on 5G including opportunities and challenges for smaller carriers, spectrum strategies (including new and unlicensed), converged technologies for wireless and fixed wireless networks, and the handset roadmap.

The conference program on Wednesday, April 10, will feature speakers representing the carrier, technology and regulatory sectors.  Sessions will explore the latest trends, and topics including customer care trends and techniques; data analytics; robocalling; and small cell solutions.  CCA also will examine the changing political landscape and the most pressing policy issues affecting competitive carriers including access to spectrum, broadband infrastructure deployment, and Universal Service Fund/Mobility Fund II, among others.

The show floor again will feature industry innovators showcasing the latest technologies and services. Technology vendors, infrastructure and backhaul providers, device manufacturers, network densification and traffic management services, accessories providers and more will display offerings and services focused on the North American competitive carrier market.  The T-Mobile 5G Tech Experience Truck, an interactive innovation lab, will be featured on exhibit floor, giving attendees the opportunity to jump on board and see how the future of wireless will unleash endless possibilities and transform the world we live in.

The pre-conference program on Monday, April 8, includes a half-day seminar on private LTE, produced by The Besen Group.  Speakers will present private LTE use cases and provide attendees with an in-depth look at the development of a private LTE business case with a positive return on investment.  Also happening that day is CCA’s fun run/walk (5K or 1-mile) for charity benefiting the Food Bank of the Rockies.

With hundreds of carrier attendees and a host of networking and learning opportunities CCA’s Mobile Carriers Show is the premier destination for conducting business and driving innovation and should not be missed. Register here; early bird rates end on March 8.
