The South Wireless Summit conference, a confab of 12 state wireless associations, announced they will host their “new” 9th Annual show June 27 to June 30, 2021. The conference, presented by Vertical Bridge and Enertech, had been rescheduled from an earlier date due to COVID conditions.

“Already this week, we have had great interest with new attendee registrations and sponsors that have signed up for the 2021 event,” said Steve Nicley, Chairperson and Founder of South Wireless Summit.

The Summit returns to the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville and promises to connect over 500 infrastructure providers, wireless carriers and service firms. Summit attendees can choose from presentations and panels including the Annual Tower Panel, the Regulatory Update, WIA TEC training courses and other industry discussions covering a broad range of topics related to the wireless infrastructure industry. The exhibit hall will feature several companies on hand to share their innovative services and business solutions. Other event highlights include the Annual Drake Lighting Clay Shoot and the 1st Annual GPD Group Top Golf Tournament. To register, click here.

“We’ve made great efforts to provide the Summit with socially-distanced events,” Nicley said. “This includes the first Annual GPD Services-Top Golf Event, a Bar-B-Q social on Monday night, sponsored by W-T Group and B+T Group, that will be outside under the big tent with music, and the Annual Clay shoot sponsored by Drake Lighting at the Nashville Gun Club. The Downtown Social on Tuesday, sponsored by PM&A and Thayer Power, will be outdoors at a newly opened venue,” he said. “The speakers, the Annual Tower Panel, presented by Vogue Towers, and other panelists will also be outside under the big tent so that all in attendance, can enjoy the message, yet be socially distant. We will be offering great content during these sessions and look forward to everyone being at the 2021, 9th Annual South Wireless Summit.”

Nicley said the hotel registration link will be up and available this week and the Sheraton Music City is using the CDC adopted COVID-19 sanitizing protocols to keep the rooms fresh and the general areas safe.

More information will be coming soon on the Summit schedule and the speakers. Nicley told Inside Towers a fresh new website is in the embiotic stage and should be showing up in February. “We are very thankful for our Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors as well as the continued support of our many other sponsors and exhibitors,” he said.
