What does it take to be a successful female in a male dominated industry? Paula Nurnberg, NATE’s Chief Operating Officer, has some perspective on the question as NATE celebrates its 25th Anniversary of putting on conferences and making the tower business a safer place to work. She will moderate the upcoming panel “Women of NATE Legends” at NATE UNITE in Raleigh, NC on February 19.

“When there were only a handful of women at the NATE annual and other industry events, these three women were among that handful! Today the NATE annual and other industry events have hundreds of women in attendance, which still includes these ladies,” Nurnberg told Inside Towers.

This panel will share their experiences advancing their careers across multiple sectors of the wireless and broadcast infrastructure industries, and provide insights into key leadership practices that encourage success and inspire others to greatness. They will also share their insights into how to bring innovative ideas to scale, using approaches on mentoring and collaborating with others to achieve optimal success, and the importance of investing in, and encouraging the next generation of female leaders.
