Commercial UAV Expo Sells Out with 225+ Exhibitors and Largest Attendance Yet

Organizers of Commercial UAV Expo, announced that its commercial drone trade show and conference, ending tomorrow in Las Vegas, garnered a record-breaking number of exhibitors and attendees for the event. Having opened Tuesday and running through Thursday at Caesars Forum, the exhibit floor was completely sold out and a record 2,500-plus commercial drone professionals are expected to attend over the course of the show from dozens of countries.

“The full power of the global drone industry is on display” said Lee Corkhill, Group Event Director at Diversified Communications, organizer of Commercial UAV Expo. “By convening the most influential companies and thought leaders to share their expertise and solutions, we are prepared to give everyone involved in the commercial drone market the opportunity to learn from the best.”

The conference program focuses on how drone technology is solving problems and creating meaningful ROI across various industries. Experts from the FAA, NASA, Department of Homeland Security, DoJ, Amazon Air Prime, Lockheed Martin, Skydio, the State of Alaska, Ohio DOT, DroneUp, USGS National UAS Projects Office, Dominion Energy Services, Inc. Sundt Construction, Windover Construction, Wing, Florida Power & Light Company and many other organizations will share their expertise on a range of topics.

Session formats include Keynotes and Visionary Panels, where drone innovators, regulators, and end-users share their expertise and vision and discuss the critical issues facing the industry; Deep-Dive Vertical Market Sessions that offer practical, actionable education for professionals working with UAS in vertical markets including construction, infrastructure, and surveying and mapping; and Industry Update Sessions that provide up-to-the-minute information on topics that affect everyone in UAS, such as AAM, BVLOS, and autonomy. Select presentations are being produced in partnership with the Commercial Drone Alliance. 

Outdoor Flying Demonstrations performed on Tuesday featured vendors showcasing systems in action providing the opportunity to see and compare systems in real-world scenarios.
