CTIA, the wireless industry association, named Bill Dudley, Head of Mobile Innovation & Evangelism, LoB Products at SAP Digital Interconnect, to its board of directors, effective January 1, 2020. SAP Digital Interconnect delivers cloud-based engagement services that enable enterprises to connect the so-called “last mile” with their clients and provides anonymized mobile-sourced data and analytic services.
Dudley is a veteran of the telecommunications industry, having held senior positions at LogicaCMG, Sybase 365, and now SAP, where he has worked for over a decade. Previously, he oversaw the SAP Mobile Services Product Team and its efforts related to inter-operator SMS/MMS messaging services and mobile messaging hubs. In his current position, he provides strategic guidance and solutions in the areas of mobile messaging, communications channels, IoT and mobile consumer engagement.
