Everest Infrastructure Partners announced it has acquired Patriot Communications to expand its growing portfolio of managed rooftops and leverage Patriot’s unique breadth of experience, national footprint, and brand identity across the hospitality and commercial real estate industries.

Established in 2004, Patriot Communications provides wireless infrastructure rooftop management services to hundreds of clients across the United States. Patriot’s managed services include lease audits, lease optimization, revenue collections, and site access management. Patriot’s clients are primarily in the hospitality real estate sector and range from small independent operators to large multinational hospitality companies.
