At least that is Dr. John Saw’s, Chief Network Officer at Sprint, view. According to Jennifer Fritzsche, Senior Analyst at Wells Faro, he indicated “every carrier needs more cell sites” in order to offer a thorough 4G network experience at Sprint’s event on Monday. “Thorough 4G network experience” may bring about some questions—how do you determine what thorough is?
