STG Family of Companies Acquires Blue Jay Communications

The STG Family of Companies announced the acquisition of Blue Jay Communications, a fiber installation contractor with offices near Cleveland, Youngstown, and Toledo, OH. According to STG, the addition of Blue Jay expands STG’s growing footprint and strengthens its ability to provide comprehensive infrastructure and construction services to customers across multiple industries.

As part of the transition, STG is investing in operational improvements designed to support future growth and enhance customer experience, including upgraded tools, equipment, software systems, training, and internal processes.
